Penwebems billing services are managed by Professional Ambulance Billing, LLC. Professional Ambulance Billing provides medical billing and reimbursement services for ground and air EMS agencies, including volunteer organizations, not-for-profit agencies, municipalities, and private ambulance services.

Services that may be billed include Basic Life Support emergency and non-emergency transports, Advanced Life Support Level 1 and Level 2 emergency transports, and Treat-and-Release services.

Payment may be accepted from Medicare, Medicaid, commercial insurance companies, no-fault insurance carriers, workers’ compensation, and self-pay patients.
